For some vulnerable youth in Luxembourg, the search for a rewarding and meaningful career can be challenging. Whether they have dropped out of school, unsure of which post-bac course to pursue or a higher education graduate not able to find the job fulfillment they were hoping for, these young people are at a crossroads and can benefit from guidance and support to search for suitable work or training.

Starting from the premise that everyone is unique, valuable and has the right to grow and develop, Youth & Work offers individual support to young people with a strong emphasis on relationships, resources, and solution-oriented approaches. Via its coaching programme, young unemployed and vulnerable people between the ages of 16 and 29 experiencing complicated complicated journeys can receive one-on-one coaching and counseling free of charge to help them build their confidence and find their way forward.
