Communiqué de Presse - Les Fondations luxembourgeoises se réunissent pour répondre à la crise sur le COVID-19

Le mardi 7 avril 2020, la Fondation de Luxembourg a eu le plaisir d’accueillir 31 représentants d’acteurs majeurs de la philanthropie au Luxembourg, essentiellement des fondations financières, mais aussi de quelques ONG ainsi que des organismes de recherche luxembourgeois autour d’une table ronde virtuelle. Cette initiative a permis d’échanger sur les initiatives prises et les enjeux à venir liées à la crise du COVID-19.

Borja Gomez Ramos, Nadège Minoungou and Mina Tsenkova, three PhD students from the Life Sciences Research Unit (LSRU) at the University of Luxembourg and Yahaya Abubakar Yabo, PhD candidate in the Neuro-Oncology Laboratory at LIH’s Department of Oncology, have recently been awarded the Pelican Grant from the Fondation du Pélican de Mie et Pierre Hippert-Faber.
