Noticing a gap in opportunities for artists focusing on digital and multimedia art, Rotondes joined forces with the City of Metz, as well as a co-creation space in Metz, to establish a dedicated Greater Region artists residency. Selected artists or collectives from each partner country are invited to take part in two-week residencies at each of the participating sites.

As a way to further encourage the laureates' artistic creation, Rotondes introduced the Bourse Multiplica for Digital Art Creation in order to complement the support received by participating artists. Through these scholarships, the artists are empowered to explore new ideas or techniques without financial burden.
