Today, Luxembourg enjoys a vibrant dance scene ranging from folk ensembles to international contemporary productions, reflecting both cultural preservation and artistic experimentation. To honor the legacy of dance in Luxembourg, TROIS C-L Maison pour la danse invited Luxembourg choreographers and dancers to create or re-create 30 choreographic miniatures on the occasion of the TROIS C-L's 30th anniversary.
The 3-day event showcased the country's rich and diverse local history of dance while an aftermovie was also produced in order to archive and preserve this historic event.
Furthering its support of dancers in Luxembourg, TROIS C-L runs two mentoring programmes dedicated to both young talents and those that have already begun their career. The programmes supports choreographers at different stages of their career in Luxembourg through training, financial support, and public performances. It aims to promote contemporary dance, foster artistic creation, and connect young artists with the wider public.
