Job description and profile
Your Role
- Manage the internal administrative workflow of the Fondation de Luxembourg and the foundations sheltered under its umbrella.
- Preparation of meetings and drafting of reports.
- Personal assistance to the Director General.
Your Responsibilities
- Processing of payments and financial transactions related to the foundations sheltered under the aegis of Fondation de Luxembourg and to the Foundation itself.
- Assisting in the boarding process of new sheltered foundations.
- Updating of the website with data regarding new foundations.
- Handling of the invoicing for the services provided by Fondation de Luxembourg.
- Point of contact to external accounting.
- Handling of the incoming mail and document archive of Fondation de Luxembourg.
- Preparation of meetings of the Board of Directors and the Advisory Committee of the Foundation.
- Secretary to the managing boards of the sheltered foundations.
- Personal assistance to the Director General (management of calls, mail, meetings, etc)
Your Profile
- A university degree or alternatively a high school degree and in addition 5-10 years of experience in a similar function.
- Excellent language skills in oral and especially in writing in French and English. German and Luxembourgish is an advantage.
- Well-structured, with a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
- High level of integrity and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and to take own initiatives.
- Capacity to handle a high workload.
- Thorough knowledge of the main office tools.
