Supervision

 

The Fondation de Luxembourg is duly supervised by its Board of Directors, which is the highest decision-making authority of its structure. The Board comprises six prominent members of Luxembourg society:

 

  • Mr Luc Frieden, Minister of Finance, is the Chairman of the Board;
  • Mr Pierre Bley, Chairman of the Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte;
  • Mr Pit Hentgen, Managing Director of La Luxembourgeoise insurance company;
  • Mr Georges Ravarani, President of the Luxembourg Administrative Court;
  • Mr Jean-Jacques Rommes, Director of the ABBL (the Luxembourg Bankers Association);
  • Mr Jean-Lou Siweck, Advisor to the Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker.
